Creditors Alliance Inc.
Formed in 1993, Creditors Alliance Inc. is a collection agency located in Bloomington, Illinois and specializes in collecting delinquent consumer debt such as credit card charge offs. Creditors Alliance Inc. purchases delinquent accounts from original creditors and then pursues debtors in an attempt to recover more than they paid for the debt. Creditors Alliance Inc. aggressively attempts to collect debt by making harassing phone calls and employing the services of trained skip tracers.
As numerous collection agencies have been reported to use unscrupulous techniques in their attempt to collect consumer debt, numerous laws to include the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act have been passed to ensure the consumers' protection and hold collection agencies to a much higher standard of operation.
