Encore Capital Group and its subsidiary, Midland Credit Management are collection agencies that operate out of their three locations in San Diego, Phoenix and St. Cloud, Minnesota. Encore Capital Group and Midland Credit Management are known to purchase delinquent accounts from original creditors and specialize in collecting numerous types of charged off consumer debt. Encore Capital Group is known for their aggressive attempt to collect debt by phone, direct mail and legal action.
