Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Houston, Texas with a satellite office in San Antonio Texas, LTD Financial Services LP Is a privately held collection agency that operates on a national level. With collection agents speaking English and Spanish, LTD Financial Services LP collects numerous types of consumer and commercial debt including pre-collect, pre-charge-off, primary and secondary collections and post-charge off accounts. In November 1999 LTD Financial Services LP paid more than $1.3 million to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that it misled, threatened, and harassed consumers in violation of federal law.
