Established in 1966, Professional Recovery Systems Inc. is a collection agency headquartered in San Jose, California. Although licensed to perform collection operations in all 50 states, Professional Recovery Systems Inc. goes above and beyond in their attempt to collect debt in the state of California by suing when necessary. Professional Recovery Systems Inc. will not stop after they have sued and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy the judgment. Professional Recovery Systems, Inc. is also known to use skip tracing technology and the reporting of derogatory information to the three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and TranUnion, in the their attempt to collect debt.
Because Federal law grants collection agencies the ability to put negative and derogatory marks on the consumer's credit report, your credit score can be damaged and may prevent lenders from approving you for new credit. Unfortunately, your interest could still be high, even if you are approved for the financing you want.
